International Return Policy – Key Points

Our return policy is designed for customers who need it in good faith. Products can be returned within 7 days – The products must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt and returned to our offices within 28 days of receipt.

In order to return a product, please contact us to initiate the process. After your inquiry has been investigated, you will be asked to return the product. You can do so yourself or ask that we send a pickup, which cost will be deducted from your refund. The customer will cover the cost of the return shipment

Products which warranty card has been signed, discounted/sale products, open-box products, products that have been specially customized, ear pads and/or ear tips, products which total price is less than 500$ – are not included in our exchange and return policy and cannot be returned.

In order to return a product, it must be delivered to our offices in absolutely perfect factory-new condition.

Any item or object that arrived with the product, including its box, together, constitute “the product”. A product that is returned with a defect or a lack in its accessories and/or documents and/or its box will not be accepted and its return will not be possible.

Please note that the decision whether to accept or reject the return will be based on the condition in which the product has arrived in and not the the condition in which it was sent. The customer is responsible for proper and safe packing and will bear the responsibility if the product and/or its box and/or its accessories were damaged during transport, such an event would void the prodcut’s return.

The shipping fees paid for shipping the product to the customer will not be refunded to the customer as part of the product return.

The amount due to the customer in the event of a return is minus a restocking fee of 7%, which will also cover the return customs release fee. Tax that you have paid to your state upon import of the product into your country will not be returned to you by us and we have no control over them whatsoever.
