HEARTLAND reveals exceptional midrange detail while preserving the body and fullness of both the highs and the lows. It invites you to move beyond analytical listening and experience the music as a cohesive whole – embracing the flow of the melody and the subtle interplay between every element within it.
The sound is defined by a wide, spacious virtual stage, precise detail retrieval – particularly in the higher frequencies – and a light, airy presentation. There is a clear focus on resolution and information in the upper midrange, while the bass remains smooth, tight, and exceptionally well controlled.
Heartland are suitable for “intense” genres, where there is a lot of information and dynamics in the high-mids – such as various styles of metal, avant-garde jazz, modern electronic music, as well as vocal and acoustic pieces.
To fully unlock the potential of these headphones, we recommend pairing them with mid to high-end amplification and source equipment.
The Kennerton Heartland Mk2 respond noticeably to different ear pads. Depending on your choice, the sound can shift from airy and neutral to energetic and more forward in character. To help you explore their full sonic range, each Heartland Mk2 includes two sets of ear pads: genuine leather and velour.

Driver
The MK2 version of Heartland uses innovative technology from Kennerton. An improved polyamide membrane is used, coated with an innovative coating using NASCA (Non-Autonomous Self-Correction Armor) technology. This is an advanced chemical layer that gives the membrane extremely high durability, reduces unwanted resonances, and allows it to return to its original shape even after extreme load or careless use.
Heartland’s sound is characterized by a wide virtual stage, exceptionally rich detail and a feeling of lightness and airiness. The emphasis is on transparency and accuracy in the High-Mids, with excellent resolution of fine details and natural texture transfer. The bass range is balanced, tight and well-controlled – providing depth and presence without dominating the rest of the sound.

The driver’s carbon fiber frame is incredibly durable and has no effect on the magnetic field or, consequently, the headphones’ sound.
Ear Pads
Listening to music is an enjoyable experience, so the pads must allow not only excellent acoustic performance but also comfortable wearing over time.
The ECL-01 MF (memory foam) perforated ear pads included with this model ensure a snug yet comfortable fit, enabling the headphone drivers to deliver their exceptional performance to the fullest. The pads use a memory sponge that adjusts itself to the shape of the face and creates an acoustic box in combination with the cups. The ear pads are meticulously finished with hand-stitched, high-grade genuine leather, delivering unparalleled comfort and enhancing the tactile enjoyment of your listening sessions.
Alternative ear pads
The Heartland come with an alternative pair of pads made of velvet (ECL-03 VL). These pads make Vinneta’s sound airy and linear and allow you another way to enjoy the music you love.
